Hermes Personal Automation

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hermes Personal Automation (the “Application”), a private productivity tool operated through uscquant.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information. The Application is intended only for users specifically authorized by its operator and is not offered as a public consumer service.

1. Information the Application accesses

When an authorized user connects a Google Account, the Application may access information the user permits through Google OAuth, including:

The Application also handles OAuth credentials and technical records necessary to authenticate requests, execute automations, prevent duplicate actions, and diagnose failures. The current configuration does not request access to Gmail or Google Contacts.

2. How information is used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features initiated or configured by an authorized user. These functions may include reading a schedule, summarizing tasks, updating a designated Google document, exporting a designated spreadsheet, and delivering a requested report through the user's configured email provider.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, sale, or unrelated analytics. We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Disclosure and transfer

Information is not disclosed to third parties except:

Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for the requested operation and handle it under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Application's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage, security, and retention

OAuth tokens and automation configuration may be stored on systems controlled by the operator. User-requested outputs may be stored in the user's Google account, on the operator's local systems, or transmitted through the user's configured email service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a private automation tool, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the configured automation, maintain user-requested outputs, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Application. Generated files and messages may remain in the user's own Google or email account until the user deletes them.

6. User choices and deletion

Users may revoke the Application's Google access at any time from Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically delete documents, spreadsheets, exported files, emails, logs, or backups previously created at the user's direction.

An authorized user may request deletion of locally retained OAuth credentials and Application-controlled personal information by contacting the operator using the contact information published on uscquant.com. Requests may require identity verification.

7. Children's privacy

The Application is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Application, legal requirements, or data practices. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.

9. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be directed to the operator using the contact information published on uscquant.com.
